That's why, Technophar introduced the SGL207NextGen® pilot-scale machine, engineered with a robust design and small-scale footprint that can meet high-demand output. This “Pilot Scale” soft gelatin machine has an operational speed of up to 5 RPM, with four medicine plungers and electronic gearing using servo motors. Its robust construction meets GMP requirements. The PLC and touchscreen provide more reliable control over production and process parameters, improving accuracy. The design facilitates easy cleaning, maintenance, assembly, and convenient changeover. Additionally, it can be integrated with dryers, polishers, chilling systems, and more. This machine is suitable for R&D, laboratories, nutraceutical industries, cannabis, and other facilities.
