Supplier Presentation Theater Session - Improving mineral and vitamin absorption through fermentation

Mineral and vitamin absorption from food is superior to organic and inorganic salts commonly used as dietary supplements. Double fermentation of minerals and vitamins with yeast and probiotics incorporates the minerals or vitamins in a glycoprotein matrix (GPM). The more food-like composition of GPMs results in significantly improved absorption. The probiotics remain as postbiotics in the product. This session will highlight the latest clinical studies on different GPMs, including zinc and iron.
