white from green Inc. is a Japan-based startup specializing in the production of health foods using resistant starch derived from green bananas. We source our raw materials, non-standard green bananas, primarily from partner farms in the Philippines and produce high-concentration resistant starch at our factory in Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan.
Resistant starch has been gaining attention in the market, but conventional methods have struggled to extract it in high concentrations.
Our unique, proprietary technology allows us to achieve this, enabling us to produce health materials that cannot be replicated by any other company.
- The raw material is exclusively natural green bananas.
- Contains 62.5% resistant starch, which is a favorite of beneficial bacteria.
- Reaches the rectum at the end of the colon and produces short-chain fatty acids.
- Tasteless, odorless, easily soluble in water, and easy to consume.
- Can be used as a gluten-free substitute for other powder products.
- Contributes to solving food loss issues by utilizing non-standard raw materials.
Our main products currently include "white from green," a resistant starch that dissolves easily in water and is easy to consume, as well as a supplement called "Gut Fiber Protein," which combines resistant starch with protein. (*The protein product is manufactured by an external partner.)
