How to Use Gelatin Sheets Gelatin sheets are simple and convenient to use in just a few easy steps: 1. Soak in cold water – Place the sheets in cold water for about 3–5 minutes to allow them to absorb water and soften. 2. Squeeze out excess water – Once softened, gently squeeze out the excess water. 3. Dissolve in warm liquid – Add the softened gelatin to a warm (not boiling) mixture and stir until completely dissolved. 4. Mix and set – Combine with other ingredients as required, then let the mixture cool or refrigerate until set. With these easy steps, users can precisely control the amount and strength of gelatin in their recipes.
